The entertainment industry requires vast amounts of materials, energy and workers to produce its goods. And yet, not one entertainment company has addressed its impact on the environment in a substantial way.

Until now.

Penmen Elite LLC is an integrated entertainment company. But we are also environmentalists alarmed about our ecology and the long-term effects that we have on ecology.

The damage to our planet is evident. Runaway energy consumption worldwide and its effects on the environment have scarred our planet. Reckless corporate behavior threatens nations as well as individuals. In a generation, we have seen the environmental impact from decades of irresponsible stewardship of our only home: Earth.

There is hope. Current attempts at stemming global warming, pollution and contamination are beginning to succeed. Societies now rank environmental issues as the most important issue facing them and the next generations. Governments see climate change in terms of national defense and individuals demand that companies adapt their production to this new reality.

We see a way to go further.

Penmen Elite asks deeper questions about environmental issues. Is concern about energy production and global warming the real issue? Are there other, more complicated forces that need to be addressed as urgently?

Energy alo ne is not the only environmental problem facing society today. Penmen Elite looks at the way we live: how we produce and consume; how we create and entertain; how we educate and how we learn. We place these issues on a holistic and comprehensive level by looking at how all our activities are tied together – and how we can unite to solve some of the most difficult questions we must answer in our lifetime.

We produce entertainment, but we also produce ways to be creative and ecologically responsible.
